Control System: The entire control system adopts the latest microcomputer servo control and operating system from a renowned German manufacturer. It ensures stable and accurate material feeding, eliminates the need for print roller changes, and allows for quick, convenient, and simple operation.

Printing Unit: The printing unit is a truly high-quality, heavy-duty offset printing unit, comprising 19 ink rollers (including 4 plate rollers) and 4 water rollers. It features an excellent ink path system that effectively prevents ink streaks and ghosting, greatly improving print quality. The precision and clarity of the prints are beyond what a letterpress printing machine can achieve.

Shaftless Drive: Each unit is driven by an independent servo motor, with a total of 14 servo motors used in the machine (for a six-color machine). This ensures high-precision registration during high-speed operation.

Positioning System: By simply entering the printing length on the main control console, each printing unit automatically moves to the preset position, significantly reducing time and material waste during registration adjustments.

Registration System: The horizontal and vertical movement of each printing unit is controlled by independent motors. (This replaces the previous manual adjustment, which increased labor intensity and wasted materials.) Using static image monitoring (standard configuration), the horizontal and vertical registration of the print can be adjusted on the main control console without stopping the machine, effectively improving the quality and productivity of the prints.

Large Printing Area:The machine supports a printing area of 300 x 350 mm, with a maximum circumference of 350 mm. A high-precision computer photoelectric tracking device ensures accurate front-to-back registration, allowing for more diverse Label Printing options.

Clutch Devices: Each printing unit is equipped with a clutch device, allowing units not in use to be disengaged and stopped, making operation convenient and extending the machine's lifespan.

High Customizability: The machine offers strong customization options, including optional varnishing units and rotary die-cutting units. For a more vibrant print, the varnishing unit can perform both full and spot varnishing, and users can add this as needed. The die-cutting unit uses a magnetic cylinder for the die-cutting roller, eliminating the need for roller changes. Different products can be processed by simply changing the flexible die-cutting blade, allowing for printing and die-cutting in a single pass, with simple operation, low cost, and high practicality.

Touch-Screen Control Computer: The system features faster computing speed, a 12-inch large display area, and a rich human-machine interface, providing a multi-faceted monitoring and display interface. This simplifies operation, and fault signals are displayed instantly, greatly reducing troubleshooting and repair time.

Printing Method:The machine uses PS plate intermittent printing (web offset printing), making it ideal for printing small, medium, and large batches of high-end labels. It is the perfect machine for printing premium self-Adhesive Labels.
